Sophie T Morris
Sophie has always believed that people are THE greatest asset a business has, but upon joining the world of work found a massive disconnect between her beliefs and actual workplace practices...and so she spent her career trying to change that, one employee at a time.
Sophie is a qualified Business Psychologist & Psychometric Assessor, has 9+years experience within People Operations internationally, Member of the British Psychological Society, Fellow of the Learning Performance Institute and has consulted globally within both the Corporate and Online space.
